If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, simply forward your receipt to the email address indicated below.  In your email, please describe the condition of the product.  We will ship an identical replacement.  Of course, this will be fully at our expense.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product, forward your receipt to the email address indicated below.  Describe what you found to be unsatisfactory, and we will process a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
