Keeping Our Cheesecakes

When our cheesecakes arrive, you should place them into a cold refrigerator if you plan to serve them within a day or two.  They will keep in the freezer for up to nine months if they are properly wrapped.

Since the cheesecakes arrive pre-sliced, with paper inserts between the pieces, you may choose to thaw only what you want to consume.  They will be ready to serve after approximately two hours in the refrigerator.  Do not thaw the cheesecakes or slices at room termperature.
