S.N.: Hello,       I am very happy to give you feedback after ordering your cheesecake.  I don't know if you recall, but I mistakenly gave you the incorrect zip code for my mother for a Mother's Day delivery, but you truly saved the day.  You made several attempts to reach me by phone and email to correct the situation, but then ended up finding the information yourself that you needed, and my mother received her cheesecake on time!   I couldn't have been happier with your customer service.  Absolutely outstanding.  I did share my story with my friends and coworkers.  It was nice to share a positive customer service experience for a change.  In addition, my mother said that it was the best cheesecake that she has ever had.  She shared your cheesecake and your email address with a few of her friends at her residence.  There's a good chance that you may have already received an order.       Thank you very much for a very positive experience!

From T.O.:     Hello,  I will give you my opinion of the cheesecake I gave as a gift.  It was recieved but in terrible condition.  Half the cheesecake was crushed.  Not sure if it was due to insufficient packing, or from the factory.  I was very displeased about that.  Especially because it was sent as a gift.  The cake itself was great.           But overall not too happy.

From O.R.:     My parents mailed a cheesacake to me before Easter.      The cheesecake was kept cool in its packaging and it tasted great! The small size was perfect for one person like me (to share with friends).     I have frozen the rest of the slices, thanks for the notice on refrigeration/freezing.
