Shipping Schedule:

Please remember that holidays will require a schedule adjustment, since Fed Ex will neither pick up nor deliver on holidays.  To assure freshness, there are never Monday deliveries regardless of shipping method.  We also can't do weekend deliveries, of course.

When you check-out, you may specify a delivery date (up to one month in advance) by writing, for example, "deliver Oct. 22," in the comments section of the check-out page (the same place you will place your gift message, if this is a gift).  Our cheesecakes may be kept in the freezer for up to nine months after delivery.

The following remaining delivery dates are available during the holidays, 2007:  January 3, 4 (2008).  Normal schedule is in effect January 8 and beyond with Tuesday thru Friday deliveries.
