The Turtle Cheesecake is great finale to an evening of good food and good company. Beginning with our classic New York Style Cheesecake batter, we add dark chocolate morsels and toasted pecans to create the rich cheesecake base. Topped with fives ounces of caramel and placed in a bed of chocolate cookie crumbs, this knock-out combination is both flavorful and satisfying. The Turtle Cheesecake comes in either 8 slices (1.5lb cheesecake) or 16 slices (3.75lb cheesecake).
