Why are your cheesecakes so delicious?

Quite simply, we use the best recipes and premium ingredients. We honestly don't know if you will find them as good as Aunt Bertha used to make; I've never tasted your Aunt Bertha's cheesecake. We are extremely confident, however, that even Aunt Bertha will enjoy the great taste, texture and value of our cheesecakes.

Why is your shipping so expensive?

After you receive your first cheesecake from us, you'll understand. Our cheesecakes are packed in specially designed containers with a cold pack using the reliable services of FedEx overnight delivery. From the time your cheesecake leaves our hands until in reaches your door, it receives special handling and is delivered within about 30 hours or less.

Why can't I have a cheesecake delivered on Monday?

To maintain our standards of freshness and food safety, we do not allow our cheesecakes to be in transit more than about thirty hours. Since there is no shipping company in the U.S. that will ship on Sunday, we can't deliver on Sunday (unless you happen to live across the street from me).

Why can't I have a cheesecake delivered on Saturday?

Actually, we can arrange to have one of our cheesecakes delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately, the shipping costs will be approximately $15 higher because of the additional shipping charges that we must pass along to you. If you would like to arrange for Saturday delivery, you may call our toll free number (1-800-807-9069) or email us to authorize us to charge your credit card that amount. This will appear on your credit card statement as a separate purchase from our company (GSPORT ENTERPRISES LLC).

What is your best cheesecake?

Of course, that is a matter of personal taste. Personally, if I am forced to choose, I think my favorite of all is the pumpkin. My second place favorite is either the New York style or the turtle cheesecake. Okay, I'd probably have to put the Marionberry in there near the top, too. If you have trouble deciding, I strongly recommend you choose from one of our samplers.
